Week 1 - 4 : Discovery

We get off to a great start. The process as its broadest we all show up, we all get stuck in and together with you we take a dive deep into your plans. The Business aspect, the ROI, the KPIs or OKRs. We get to know your stack, your brand, your design system, your way of doing things, and maybe most important: your team.

We make and break down plans, start framing them, aligning them with what is possible, and bring in the required internal and external expertise you need to make it happen. It happens quickly, it is intense and it is invigorating.

Week 5 - 16 : Build

Why wait around when you can build? Our build phase is comprised of two 6 week cycles. A framework you might recognize from the shape up method pioneered by 37 signals.

The build phase is characterized by empowered teams, appetite over estimates and progress over meetings and consensus. We shape and frame the outcome roughly, and let the team make decisions as they go, all while keeping the process fast, agile and powerful.

In addition to tackling the technical aspects we concurrently run with both design and marketing needs as well as work on the business needs of the project such as partnerships, market access, sales, pricing etc.

Our goal from the start is to empower and equip you and your team with what you will need to manage without us, not to dig our claws in and extend.

As everything is scoped and timeboxed from the beginning, you will not have to worry about whether or not we will spend our hours wisely. A high intensity effort where the end is in sight from the start of the project, is our preferred way of working.
